"We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"

"The cabin we stayed in was lovely and we enjoyed watching the Alpacas very much. The location is great as it is a five minute drive from nice beaches and restaurants etc. However, the cleaning fee is absurd and costs as much as a nights accommodation. This is even more of a joke after you’re expected to virtually clean and tidy the entire cabin before you leave. We were told 35€ Would be the cleaning fee on the phone however were then charged 65."

"Location excellent as very near centre. Would have been good to know about the 6 flights of stairs in the property description. A number of minor issues which we notified straight away - to be fair we asked for nobody to fix them while we were there but I took photos on arrival so we wouldn't be accused of anything."

"B&B Hotel Gent Centrum is as the name suggests very central and therefore close to many of the attractions of Ghent. Price was really reasonable and the breakfast is €15 per day and worth it (but might be cheaper if booked beforehand). No issues with quietness or comfort. "The staff of Hotel Harmony are excellent, and the hotel offers a list of very useful restaurant recommendations. We were in the hotel in early February, which is clearly a low-residency time that they were using to do some painting and refurbishment. This didn't affect our enjoyment (much) and will be a benefit to people who visit in a warmer time of year."

Excellent, very friendly and helpfulreceptionists!

"The staff went above and beyond to fullfil all my needs. The temperature in the room was rather cold (very cold weather outside) and I couldn't figure out how the air con works. The receptionist listened to me carefully and then then sent someone to only adjust the temperature in the room but left an additional heating unit in my room should if I need it. the only reason I gave 4 starts for comfort was the noise from outside. The location is central and I had a wonderful view from my room. It was just a bit loud. Maybe should have brought earplugs. Apart from that, both receptionists I had the pleasure of talking to were extremely welcoming, nice and polite. Really appreciate it, thank you! :)"
