Charming little hotel in historic old town
Posted 3 Nov 2019 on HotelsGreat location in old town, inside wall, bit hard to find, but close walk to main town area and enjoyedHalloween with the locals. Mother and daughter very welcoming and nice selection of coffee, water, yoghurt available. Room nice but bed not so comfortable. Breakfast of coffee and Cornetto at local cafe pleasant.

First if all, our meeting address was a disaster. The ad- vertisement of hotel/motel was no where to be found, and when asked of name and address to residence in area, ( very difficult on GPS, and also WAS a hotel /motel bed and breakfast ) even the police did not know of this place. Anyhow, we did finally meet the man who signed us in after several attempts by phone who was waiting at another area instead. When finalizing entered the room , it was very, very, humid and no air what so ever in room.
Could of least opened the windows for some circulation. Anyhow, a receipt was promised to be out under the door that evening for feed for taxes
for cleaning services, (which were unheard of, and a tax fee for the township or whatever u want to call area. Instead of. This as stated by the manager, or as he stated himself, cause he said he did not own the place, he just worked for the bed and breakfast, (as so called)
and that he was a professional and had a degree as a engineer, and did this on the side. ( this was discussed by himself and another woman to whom was escorting us upon finally finding THIS, as so called bed and breakfast hotel/motel.

Nice place to stay
Posted 25 Apr 2019 on HotelsNice place to stay, in the old city, near the sea front. Room was nice and staff helpful. But one should coordinate arrival time, as the reception is not always there.

Pros-location, ample size, clean
Cons-breakfast offered no proteins and were vouchers for a nearby cafe

Hotel was ok, but when we arrived there managed decided to charge us for a extra person , booking was made clearly for 5 persona but he said only 4 adults and 1 baby.I felt robd to be honest .i contacted expedia and they sorted the situation.

Grazie per la recezione. Ci dispiace per l'inconveniente, ma era ben descritto nelle condizioni della camera che poteva essere utilizzata per 5 persone se uno era un bambino che dormiva con i genitori. Per l'adulto ed il letto extra è prevista la tariffa che è stata applicata.
