Shower riser was broken so could not position it at appropriate height. Reported this to staff who said they would take a look, but they never did. Aside from that a good, clean, basic hotel. Did the job.

Good value for the money, very polite and friendly staff, 24 hour bar is helpful, breakfast is pretty good for complementary hotel breakfast. I’d stay here again without question.

Very friendly, accommodating, and helpful staff. But the computer system is very slow. It took a long time to scan our passports.
The WiFi is fast. And the hotel is clean. Good for a simple no frills stay at an unbeatable price and prime location.

This is an excellent location but the room was in some disrepair. Breakfast was average but the staff was great. Metro and bus extremely convenient.

It was OK.
Posted 7 Jun 2024 on HotelsThe room was fine. The service was fine. It is very close to Hero's Square and the part, which is nice.
It is a new hotel so I was surprised at how little room there was around the toilet. We essentially had to sit on it sideways. It would seem that a new hotel would have created a bit more room in the toilet.
