When I booked this room, I thought it was a good deal because it was Teresina - the description and other ratings led me to believe it would be nice. Turns out it was a "good deal" only because it was a barely livable, rundown hotel. The staff were pretty good - they didn't come to clean the room every day as expected, but when I asked them to, they got it done. The parking attendant opened the gate late at night to let us in without having to get out and go to reception. When I asked, I was able to get an upgraded room for the difference in price...not that the "upgrade" was very noticeable, aside from having more space. Despite having a hot AND cold water knob, the temperature of the water was pretty much the same either way...and the extra room attached had no AC, so it wasn't very useful. The free breakfast was worth every penny, but I can't say much beyond that. At least the door lock and toilet were functional in the upgraded room... Bottom line is you can save a lot of money here if you want a minimal housing experience...if you're not a minimalist, look elsewhere.

Hotel velho e mal cuidado, atendimento péssimo so limpa o quarto quando insiste e nunca troca os lençóis. Sempre tem vaga e é barato para pegar os desavisados

Limpeza a desejar, as condições estão antigas, podiam ser atualizadas. A piscina estava horrível, sem condições de entrar na água.
