"The cleaniness have to be improve, there are dust around the furnitures, especially the sofa where there's lots of dust came out when we sat on it, the surrounding area looks old and not well maintain"

"The property was ok however one of the water heaters for the shower was not working during our stay. Affected our daily routine during the stay as everyone shared a toilet to shower and Genting is generally cold. We were compensated for this (Thank you). The trip to the resort is about 15-20mins drive, not too bad considering the price of this place and the ones in the Genting resort itself. There’s also good food nearby. "

"This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay."

"1. I booked through Expedia. Price was very good value for money. 2. Confusion about whether the Expedia Itinerary # was sufficient for check in, or whether an Ion Delemon Booking No. was required. 3. Card key didn't work the first time, causing inconveniece."

"The description is completely wrong. It says 5 minutes walking to Genting Theme Park which is one and half hour far from the Park. Need to be corrected! "

"The apartment was clean and comfortable to live in. However, body wash and shampoo weren’t provided adequately even though the ‘big’ bottle was placed in the bathroom. The bathroom was a bit dirty too as I could see stains on the floor. Another thing was the water heater didn't function well. The water was so cold!"

"Positive : staying in the durian orchard, beautiful hilltop view with various special building layout and designs, a good place for a chilling family vacation. Negative : most of the rooms are typically small, no sound proof (can hear voices next door), poor room management (no towels, water bottles, shampoo), some rooms are dirty and lack of maintenance especially for those rooms built with woods, no side table in the room and bathroom to place our stuff which is very inconvenient."

"There was a long flight of steps to get down to the property. It may be able to cater for many people but seating and dining areas are not conducive for all to gather. "One of the nicest locations I have ever seen for a hotel, however, the staff service is below, much below expectation. The check in lady was lovely but her manager/supervisor (in Mack suit) was rude to his staff and behaving in a way that he was more important than any mortal hotel guests! I stay in different hotels and have gold status in a few, but this is the first time I was told the rooms are available but I will have to pay the full early check-in price if I want that and the supervisor was instructing the front desk to say this to me. The restaurant closes after 10pm but from 9pm the staff were very reluctant to serve food as they were “closing soon”! My wife waited for 25 minutes for a portion of chips which they gave to someone else and never apologised and it was so late that their kitchen was closed. "

"Nicely located at the top of Genting Highlands. There are some convenient shops at the ground floor if you crave late-night snacks. We stayed on tower 3. Microwave stopped working and in no time, they replaced it as soon as we reported. There are some construction happening closeby, which can be noisy at times, we were so tired that it didn't even bother us at all. "

"Check in took about 1hr even when no crowd. Lift is always full and have to wait very long. Floor of the room is dusty and they forgot to put towels and amenities. The balcony door have gap in between and insects come in at night from that gap. Breakfast is bare minimum but the coffee is good. Troublesome to always inform the front desk of ur car plate no every time u go out."
