En general la limpieza, las instalaciones, el personal, la comida estuvo bastante bien, solo tuvimos un detalle en cuanto al servicio de habitación, quisimos pedir algunas bebidas y algo de comer y no obtuvimos respuesta vía telefónica ni del restaurante-bar, ni de la recepción (que solo se limitó a transferir la llamada), marcamos en 3 ocasiones y nada. Nos quedamos sin cenar

La bienvenida es más una advertencia de no maltratar, no ensuciar, casi casi, NO lo use porque le cobramos cualquier cosa. Su precio es altísimo. El interior excelente. La habitación extremadamente ruidosa. El internet completamente inservible. Y odié que no haya tv. Y como el internet es insuficiente, no pude trabajar ni ver la tele en mi computadora. Fatal.

Una obsesión con las toallas. La bienvenida es que si vas a usar las toallas avises, literal yo creo q se trabó la recepcionista y dijo eso. Que si las manchas te las cobran. Creo q con un letrero en la habitación es suficiente.
