My stay was great, but I have to upgrade my room. The room the hotel gave me first was tiny and with a tiny window. When I booked in Hotels.com, the hotels was described as “superior” which it didn’t have anything to be superior. The staff told me that was the lowest price room, and if I wanted better I have to pay, which I did. It was disappointing that the advertising was not accurate!

The property is a bit hidden. The surroundings of it's location can trigger a sense of an unsafe location. There were a lot of maintenance / construction going by the pool and parking lot. In times it made us feel like w le were in a property under construction rather than a property ready for us to enjoy. The room description and photos said that a sofa bed was part of the room but it wasn't. They had to bring a bed to the room. We really enjoy the massages and temazcal services. We had a good time in the pool and the food services were good enough to meet our needs when we used it. Overall I feel like it was a bit of a roller coaster with all the ups and downs, with the things we were noticing and experiencing during our visit to this property. But I think we ended up enjoying it more than disliking it. We had a good time as a family here.

El hotel es bonito, aunque el mantenimiento de las instalaciones se nota descuidado, desde los azulejos de la alberca, la cancha de tenis que está inservible, y algunas áreas de los jardines. El personal fue cordial, pero parco, es decir, se limitaban a cumplir con su trabajo.

Un lugar muy cómodo y tranquilo.
Un lugar muy cómodo para descansar unos días en Tepoz. Ambiente muy familiar. El servicio del personal fue increíble, nos atendieron en todo momento, inclusive fuera de horarios. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y espacioso. Perfecto para descansar con la familia. Como sugerencia, os colchones de las camas podrían mejorar. Todo lo demás muy agradable.
