"I rate it 4.5 stars. The hotel is very central to everything because it is located in the heart of downtown. Shopping stores everywhere and good restaurants as well. Only major points of dissatisfaction were there was zero ventilation - windows wouldn't open and only fans in bedrooms, so the air was 'heavy' and stuffy.
