Good. Near subway station and a lot of food to eat and bus to Kansai.

Huge hotel but quite organized. Very pleasant and courteous staff. Cleaning crew are efficient. Perfect location beside the Kintetsu Station. Shuttle bus direct to both airports. To Kansai, 1,800 yen.

Great for transport and lovely hotel but was disappointed had to pay for swimming
