İ loved being within walking distance of the street food carts.

It is an outdated hotel. Decoration needs badly a fresh update. Terrible check-in organization led to a huge queue at check-in time. This could be better sorted out to not lose time. Furniture looks and feels very old. I would rather recommend exploring other hotel brands even near the Hakata area.

It is good choice to stay in this hotel, but triple room is a bit small for three people.
