Staff were excellent. Own pool on roof was a lovely touch. Changed food menu to suit our requirements. Best hotel i have been to in Tenerife.

Best hotel we have stayed in.

Perfect location
Rooms are spacious and the bed massive and so comfortable.

Superb relaxation hotel.
Posted 4 Jun 2024 on HotelsTook a week to chill out and this was the perfect place. Never felt so relaxed. Quiet very well appointed hotel right on the beach front but a 5 minute walk to a bustling scene in any direction. Will definitely be back.

Love this hotel. Been quite a few times the only downside is the breakfast , the food you can order from the kitchen can be very hit and miss. I had scrambled eggs they were awful overcooked egg then chopped not made with milk or cream.the omlettte wasn’t cooked, it was still runny in the middle. I think the breakfast could be much bettter from this standard of hotel . Thats my only complaint the hotel is fantastic apart from the breakfast.
