Stayed many times over the past 10 years but this trip will be our last. Stuck out in the back of beyond next to a construction site to the side of the building. Complained to front desk due to the noise level from 8am to 6pm every weekday and requested to be moved but all concerns and comments were disregarded and they basically couldn’t care less. Absolutely terrible stay never to be repeated!

This property has the Santorini vibe going for it and the property itself seemed to be well maintained. The staff were amazing. Another great thing about the property was the fact that it has many restaurants on the water with many dining options and great drink prices. Also, they had a supermarket in the hotel for people who want to either save money or get an early start on their day. Now for the negative part of this. My room had roaches it it. I made a complaint to the front desk, and I believe they sprayed but the roaches were still around. It seemed that the resort was fully booked, so I dealt with the insect issue. Parking for this hotel is mostly on the street and not too convenient for this property. My reason for choosing this property is I wanted a place that was not geared towards the drunken party scene with an upscale feel. The Golf Del Sur area delivered just that. They need to address the insect issues. That is not the high standard for American hotels or travelers!

Lovely property with all the amenities required. Pool, sunbeds, sauna, supermarket with reasonable prices in site. Beach front property spectacular views and sunsets.

Overall beautiful accommodations. Taxis are needed to get around. Very limited housekeeping. On the third day the opportunity was missed to get clean sheets, so for ten days we did not get any new sheets , were told we would need to pay extra to have that. The taxi from the airport was 18.95 euros. That was fine, except, when leaving we asked if the hotel had a shuttle to the airport , they said yes. 30 euros , so we decided to take the taxi .
We also bought several tour packages from the company in the lobby of the hotel. Atlantico. Some of them were not as good value.
Again, the accommodations were beautiful.
