Overall I would recommend this property! The location and the surrounding views were awesome. The volcano activities and local hiking was great. The restaurant & the included breakfast was wonderful.
Had a problem with the Air Conditioning & the windows didn't have screens, so we couldn't open them due to all the flies.

Priced high for the product delivered -my opinion
Posted 25 Jun 2024 on HotelsAn auto opening outer door, or some way to hold it open would facilitate the awkward ingress/egress of luggage since it all comes through the main door in addition to what will probably be a long walk with a stair drop in the upper walkway. Rooms were fine with no real complaints. I found the restaurant overpriced, for the food served, and surprisingly the dinner service was poor.

Outstanding overnight stay

Dinner and breakfast in restaurant were exceptionally good.
Overall excellent value for money, only regret was we hadn't stayed for longer.

Was spending 3 days with friends photographing around the hotel region. The hotel was exceptional.
Clean rooms with all the amenities you could ask for air conditioning, bathroom amenities and plush towels.
Staff were always helpful with a smile.
Spent a great 3 nights there. Will be going back with my kids next year.
