Good hotel but was really disappointed at the lack of a balcony , my fault for not looking at the website properly as it looked liked it had. Wouldn’t return for that reason only . No proper bar either !!

Thanks a lot for your comments,Yes, for us it is important that customers give a look to the website because we are not a holiday hotel, and we do not have rooms with balcony... Yes only a small bar at reception open 24 Hours, but outside around hotels there are many choices of bars.Thanks again for your remarks.

I'm sorry to say that, but this is not a 4 star hotel.
Shampoo, body wash and soap come in a travel kit (paper bag).
The restaurant doesn't have a eating setting.
It looks old, and needs renovation.

Remember that we offer ourselves as a business hotel, we are not a vacation hotel.Anyway, your opinion will help us correct several details of the restaurant and the room amenities, which come in bags to avoid excessive use of plastic.

We felt like the hotel had gone careful with what they gave out to the residents during their stay ,compared from the last time we were there .
The breakfast was not as good (so value wasn't there) for saying that they are supposed to be a 4star hotel , they didn't supply milk ( or some kind of substitute) in the room and only with persistence, we got the right tea, it was never replenished each morning like usual, otherwise it was good

Clean spacious hotel with nice staff and a nice rooftop pool area. Breakfast was ok
Unfortunately there is no bar as such and no food or drink facility at the pool.
Maybe different at other times of the year.

it was adults only and had a manned reception which matters when you have a late flight also central in las americas

Noisy and unsafe only young and drunk guests

We are very sorry if you have found noicy customers around your room, please call reception to inform about noice, or drugs smellings, it is no normal, we are a NOT smoking hotel, and we have a security man to solve this situation immediatly.
