Stayed as 2 adults and a toddler. Had the best time! Food was good, everything was clean, pools are good. Staff are exceptional - they work so hard!! The only downside for us was we had two lots of noisy neighbours (young party people) so got woken up a lot. But not sure if we just had bad luck because it was pretty much all families at the resort otherwise!

The hotel, villa and pool was amazing. The entertainment was night was ok, but not fantastic. It kept the kids entertained. The food was a bit meh. It quite often didn't match the menu on the website, but was there was ok. Just not as much variety as we expected.
However the resort was quiet and there were always lots of loungers and space in the pool. It got a but busier over half term, but still not too bad.

Lovely villa in a perfect setting. We only had bed and breakfast and the only downside was that there wasn’t a snack bar only the buffet option.
The Sahara restaurant was excellent. Highly recommend. Would be great if they did a lunch menu at a set price.

Perfect for family trip
Posted 8 Jun 2022 on HotelsExcellent resort. Great for family with young children. Could not fault food or activities. Staff were all very friendly. The resort could benefit from a separate bar or restaurant as you end up eating breakfast, all dinners and having drinks and entertainment in the same room. A minor issue though. Overall lovely resort.

Lovely hotel
Posted 26 Sep 2021 on HotelsThe hotel was clean and beautiful. The pool area was pretty and at night it was lit up to look like a tropical paradise.
Bought “all inclusive “ package when we arrived and this was we worth the money..
Staff were helpful and friendly.
Very enjoyable stay.
