We were in room on the front above the entrance 0131, the entertainment goes on until 1115 pm which is fine however the pub across the road competes for noise . Would definitely go to the hotel again but request a different room

Superb hotel in great location. Staff were extremely happy, friendly and hard working. Breakfast buffet was fab with so many choices. Evening entertainment has good too. Sunbathing and pool areas good too. Only downside is although sufficient rooms could do with an upgrade.

Beautiful views from the rooftop solarium. Great location, close to the beaches of Fanabe and Playa del Duque. Beautiful surroundings. Great breakfast.
Did not like the noise level at night, with room facing the pool it was impossible to go to bed early and get good quality sleep! Music blasting until 11:30 at night!
For some reason this hotel is full of seniors, felt like I was in a senior home. So for those younger who want to meet and spend time with people your age, this is not the place for you.

Awful rude staff. Gave me a room I did not book. I asked for them to not wake me because I only had a few hours to sleep for air port and they ignored my request

Clean, has big parking nearby, good food.
- At nights/early mornings the staff makes a lot of noise while doing their work.

Very good value hotel in the centre of Fanabe.
Posted 6 Sep 2024 on HotelsLarge room with partial sea view was very comfortable. Overlooking pool where entertainment held. We were very tired and wanted an early night so didn’t really enjoy the booming music below. However, it would have been a different story if we’d been less exhausted and I’m sure we would have enjoyed it!
Staff are all very pleasant and helpful.
The hotel is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.
We chose the half board option and it was well worth it, the food choices were plentiful and of good quality.

Lack of empathy and flexibility
Posted 23 Aug 2024 on HotelsAlthough the workers in the swimming pool, restaurant/bar and cleaners were great, the hotel direction and reception showed were a big let down. One of us had an emergency and had to leave. We said it straight away but there gave us a series of different reasons/excuses to being unable to change the booking for the following days. They asked me to come back to reception just to waste my time. They need to improve customer relationships before I am able to recommend it. Shame

Couple of nights AI before holiday.....
Posted 23 Jul 2024 on HotelsGood hotel a bit far out of town however I did have all inclusive which at £150 per night was a bit pricey especially as the evening entertainment wasn't that good. Would I stay again possibly not.
