This property is woefully outdated. The “balcony” room we were first given was absolutely dreadful (think dark, moldy smelling, abutting a toddler play area with views of a homeless population behind the hotel). Management after much back & forth did upgrade our room to a “suite” which had a non-working fan, no fridge and old/tired decor. While I appreciate the upgrade which made it so we could stay there, the property in general is old & tired. Food was average. Staff overall were great- attentive & hardworking. Overall, definitely spend your money elsewhere!!

Overall, we had a lovely stay here. The staff were excellent. Property is a bit out of the way of popular destinations but we loved the peace and quiet. If we needed to go anywhere taxis arrived quickly and there is a bus stop nearby.
Buffet food was good enough, plenty food/drink options, and lots of entertainment every night.
Only big issue we had was that there was construction/drilling works being done in the room below ours which we were not informed about for 3-4 days in a row which meant we couldn't relax in the room during the day.
