I could hardly sleep - the hotel is located at the main pub street and the blinds were insufficient to keep the light from the bright neon signs outside dark. Also, there was a lot of noise - even in the morning from the bakery across the street.

Our hotel is not located on the street with bars, it is in a dead end street and the rooms are all facing the sea. As we are on a cliff, there is no street. Therefore no lights could disturb us as there are none. There is no bakery nearby. We are not the hotel you are commenting on.

As mentioned, the property does not have any onsite parking lot. The area around the property is apparently public parking. I had to park several blocks away after a day of site seeing, not a big deal for me, just something to keep in mind. The staff and the property itself was wonderful.

We have had an amazing stay. Staff was super friendly and professional. The hotel was amazing super clean and up to date. Great view from the hotel and great breakfast selection.

Wonderful staff, gorgeous penthouse bar with a lovely view, and a lovely swimming pool for grown-ups only. Very likely to return.

Great spot. Facilities are fab, spa in particular is so relaxing. The staff are all so knowledgeable and friendly. We will return to this hotel

Enjoyed my stay. Very nice room with a great view of the atlantic ocean. My room was cleaned every day and my favourite thing was the mood lighting and frosted glass features in the bathroom.
Overall the other guests were quiet and respectful. My room was near the luggage storage room so around check-out times you would hear people go to and fro with their suitcases but I was not too bothered.
Vertigo Lounge was also very lovely with great cocktails and accomodating staff. Great area to catch the sun and also several Jacuzzis.
The spa was okay, but not really for me. Not all guests adhered to showering after the sauna and before the jacuzzi/pools so I opted to use the jacuzzis at Vertigo.
Great location, close to many restaurant options and easy walk to Puerto de la Cruz.
