Receptionist was amazing, she managed to check us in at 8am, so we could go and explore the island. Very comfortable beds.

Going the extra mile for our stay is just what the
Posted 4 Mar 2023 on HotelsGoing the extra mile for our stay is just what they did. Our cruise ended and we took a taxi from the port to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel earlier than expected but we were able to get right into our apartment and relax. The store right next door was so convenient. I give them a 5 star 🌟 rating.

Family trip 2022
Posted 2 Jan 2023 on HotelsVery good and safe location. Remodeled rooms and elevators. Nice personnel. Small supermarket right next to it. Opportunity for improvement is to have its own parking because it is very difficult to find a parking spot in the area.

Local bus and tram stops close

Pros: Close travel links and clean.
Cons: English booklet on how hob works!! Coffee percolator would have been good.
Location: A fair way out of town but ok if do not mind walking. Local bars and restaurants available. Went to La Laguna as suggested by manager. Tram very cheap
Reception manned by helpful staff. Luggage can be left when early check out. Spar supermarket next door.
