Amazing location
Posted 25 Sep 2020 on HotelsThe location of this hotel was amazing. It was central to Tenby, just a few minutes to the beach and close to all shops and bars. The price was good for the location, service was friendly and breakfast was included which during the current covid pandemic was appreciated. Breakfast was ordered the evening before. We selected what we wanted and what time and they dropped it at our door at that time in the morning. We really appreciated that they still did this service and it was tasty breakfast in bed! If I had to say one slightly negative thing it was that the room was quite dated and on the smaller side. None the less for the price we paid and the fantastic location of the property we were still very happy with our stay here.

No mixer tap and the plastic tubing provided didn’t fit so it was no use. During a pandemic you can’t expect people to take a bath, it’s not hygienic. Most importantly the window could not be opened so the room had no ventilation. Again, during a pandemic this is particularly worrisome.

Stayed in the Albany hotel for a couple of nights. Great location close to the big carpark, the beach and Tenby centre. We’ve been well looked after and the owners were lovely. Because of COVID we weren’t able to use the restaurant for breakfast however breakfast was brought to your door so you could still enjoy it in your bedroom.

Not great
Posted 12 Aug 2020 on Hotelsonly stayed for 1 night but this hotel definately needs updating. Start off with the worst down point which was the toilet didnt work! Had to use the bin as a make shift bucket to flush...
Wallpaper hanging off, dodgy sealing around bath etc etc
Breakfast was a basic bacon bap and a tea bag supplied plus carton of juice.
Location is absolutely spot on though i will say that.

Cheap and cheerful. Everything you need from a b&b and the best breakfast especially under the circumstances. Most b&bs are doing only continental breakfast but we had delicious bacon and sausage rolls. Lovely friendly and helpful family holiday.
