Some of the staff was rude, the property lacks of maintenance and renovation and the AC didn’t work properly in the entire complex which is super important for a tropical destination.

The bathrooms are in horrible condition. There is mold and are in bad conditions.

Hotel needs remodeling and new AC units. The rooms are so empty and do not have anything inside besides a bed.

Beach and pool area were pleasant. The sport areas and game room need some TLC. My son and I enjoy billiards but the tables were in poor shape.
The rooms were tolerable, as expected, but we had no hot water. It was serviced but the hot water didn’t last. The pictures on the web site do not represent the present so be prepared.
Overall
I did enjoy my stay. I liked the view. Food was good. They were under construction so it shows they are concerned about appearance.
This place has potential, it’s quiet, private, and friendly.

Nice, quiet place, but building is old needs upgrade.
(Bathroom door not locking, shower liking, and sink clogged)

Very nice position and beach. The hotel is in dire need of upgrading though. Food was good, especially in the night restaurant.
