Clean, comfortable, convenient

It is expensive but very nice. The staff were super helpful and friendly and the check in process was quick. The beds and linens are comfortable with great pillows. I was surprised they did not have robes for this level of a hotel. I stayed here during the civil unrest. There were protests outside of the hotel and there was a curfew. All supermarkets and restaurants in the area were closed. We ate dinner in the hotel and the food was very good, as was the service. You will not see employees standing around on their whatsapp at this hotel..they are well trained in customer service and are polite and professional in their jobs. The parking was a little tricky for me to find..but it is well lit, safe and the parking is free for hotel guests. The Breakfast buffet is the best one I have been to in all of Chile. Everything is fresh and regional and the restaurant is pretty and well designed. If there is anything that would prevent me from coming back, it would be the price.

Posted 8 Apr 2018 on HotelsWe stayed here to catch an early flight out of Temuco. It was nice, but a little depressing with the casino on the main floor of the hotel. Totally fine if that’s your thing, it’s just not mine. The breakfast buffet was pretty good but I don’t love all the wet scrambled eggs in Chile. The room was comfortable and clean except the couch had stains on it, which was a little unsettling. The service was fantastic, everyone friendly and hospitable. The area is so so. Good restaurants within walking distance.
