Get your door opened one hour before checkout to announce it is very very annoying and disrespectful.

Incredible service! My flight got delayed and they were very comprehensive and helpful about it. Great complimentary breakfast y the rooms were nice enough.

Staff was very polite but management was very rude and there were unsafe conditions.

As General Manager I can assure you all reviews and ratings are taken very seiously especiallly the very poor scores. I am glad the staff was polite and I am the General Manager and have not idea what transpired. I apologize if another person was rude but what happened so it can be taken care of. The room had a stench to it that reminded me of mold. The tub was stained. And the carpet made my feet dirty when i walked barefoot. That being said, the staff was nice. It was a quiet neighborhood and conveniently close to where we needed to be during the day.

The front desk was very nice. Soon as I walked into my room. The room had a bad odor like cigarettes. The carpet was dirty and made the bottom of my feet dirty black. Had to wear my shoes in the room cause the was too dirty. There was no shampoo. The electrical outlet in the bathroom was out of order.

Dear GeorgePlease accept my sincerest apologies regarding your recent stay with us and certainly understand your poor review. The hotel is 100% non smoking ain all rooms and if someone does smoke we charge an extra 250.00. I have provided several designated smoking areas throughout the hotel but unfortunately not many listen. We were in the process of shampooing carpets but since the hurricane we have been sold out and not able to get into many rooms but I will try to find out what room you were in and have maintenace fix the electrical outlet in your bathroom and no shampoo. I can assure you Maintenance and the Head Houskeeeper will be made aware of this. As a hotel traveler myself I understand. Out intent is to provide Excellent Customer Service along with High Quality Standards to all hotel guests and again please accept my apologies that we totally failed to have met your expectations and hope you can give us a second chance when back in the area.Best RegardsAllan KellerGeneral Manager

When the cleaning staff came in they did not bring fresh towels. The room needs to be updated but was clean
