Room was large, comfortable & spotless.
Maintenance gets special recognition for going out of their way to assist me on a small issue.

The property was accessible to the Scott and White Temple Hospital for visiting a family member.

Expedia help us reserve a two nights stay at this hotel. Everything was confirmed and booked for a Suite, 2 queen beds and extension rollout sofa yet when we got there, someone had changed the reservation and it was only one bed with no pullout sofa.
Customer service was horrible. They were not empathetic about our situation. Did not want to bother the manager because the manager was apparently in a meeting, then did not want to refund us either.
I will not stay at a home 2 suites hotel again we had to drive almost half an hour from my previous location to find another hotel.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and had plenty of space to lay your things out so you don’t have to live out of the suitcase. Bed was comfortable, a/c worked great and the bathroom lighting was fantastic (per my wife who now wants our home bathroom to be that bright). Would recommend.
