So when we got back to the motel last night and parked in the handicap parking spot with our handicap placard we were told we could not park there because that was the owner’s spot and we would be towed!!! He stood there arguing with us for 10-15 minutes even though we kept showing him our placard and by law we were allowed to park there. In which he kept saying we would be towed. When we said that we wanted a refund then he said they do not do that but we could email. He also threatened to quit for some reason, which we told him we did not care if he did. He then spoke with a female employee who informed him if we had a handicap placard we could indeed park there. This was ridiculous and had we woken up to our car having been towed we would then be contacting a lawyer and corporate. We will still be contacting corporate

Room was nicely furnished, clean overall, good for price

Was disappointed in the breakfast, wasn’t hot and only pastries available but overall very friendly service
