"A friend & I have been looking foward to staying at The Clarence for a long time. We loved the hotel itself, the bar area, and the restaurant. The staff were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. I personally was a little disappointed with the room, whilst overall lovely decor, this room clearly needed a little TLC. The hotel is not at the cheaper end of the market, so I didn't expect damp in the bathroom or a rusty radiator. Also, there was a large stain on the carpet. Whilst not huge issues...
