Sarah was so helpful . It was great customer service . Hotel was in a very convenient place . Dog friendly so it was a bit plus

Looks good from the outside, but quite run down on the inside. Upon arriving one of the employees boyfriend was ranting and yelling at guests and staff about how poorly his gf is treated there. He admitted to being high on something and the situation just didn’t feel safe for anyone nearby. Also upon arriving, we were informed they hadn’t finished cleaning our room yet. When she saw that we paid extra for the “premium” room (which really meant nothing), she pulled the cleaners to do our room immediately, which still had us waiting about half an hour. Facilities are old and run down, room was okay, but the same. It was clear they hurried to clean it, which we appreciated, however many things were missed. The bedsheets had makeup stains on them. Overall, for the price, we would spend extra money to go somewhere nicer. This was one of the more affordable options in the area, so we weren’t expecting 5 star, but it was not good at all.

We do not appreciate reviews that contain dishonesty. We definitely DO NOT have rodents and have unhoused people. Anyone seen on our property are paying guests. It is unfortunate this review is less than respectful.

The motel room was super noisy, extremely disappointed with the room and the place was shady, I was feeling unsafe during my whole stay. Terrible experience, on top of this the keys stopped working and had to go to the front desk more than twice to get the key to work. The motel doesn't live up to its name. Air conditioner made a loud noise with no cooling at all...

The hotel had a bad smell to it as soon as you walk in. Elevators were dirty, dirty floors and walls all throughout.We checked into our room and the room was very outdated the floors were dirty we found a dead roach near the heater! I called the front desk for a manager was told they did not have one the lady said why what’s up? I corrected her asking her to be more customer service oriented and explained what i found and needed a new room. I was given an updated room it was ok the floors were still dirty but better than the previous room. Would not recommend.
