"Overall excellent for a hotel that's now a few years old. Generally very well maintained but as it appears to be low season they had some maintenance going on while I was there - did not affect my experience but I did notice it a few places when I was exploring. Rooms are spacious, tons of closet space, bathrooms equally spacious. And the main building is beautiful inside, still stylish outside. Lots of swimming pools too. Main quirk was the bathroom lights are motion sensor only and turn off automatically, there's a sign saying close the bathroom door if this bothers you. "

"Very nice hotel for business traveler. Room was good and convenient. Bed was comfy. Having a fridge, kettle and iron and board made my day. Staff very nice and polite. Hotel located above a small mall with a few stores and fast-food restaurants. The hotel is in a small isolated commercial neighborhood and very quiet at night. Room cleanliness was good but quite a few hairs on carpet and few really tiny ants were crawling on the walls and made it to my luggage and computer. Nothing major, it is tropical country after all and these ants are not the biting type that I encountered many times in Southeast Asia. Only other minor issue was that breakfast selection which was very limited (sliced bread and cereals, eggs, couple fruits). Coffee was not included with breakfast and was at extra charge which is a bit odd. Overall, a very good and convenient choice. I would go back, no doubt about that."
