Fantastic stay! Such a great location near restaurants and the ski lifts. Hotel was in a historic building and was really well maintained. And the staff was super helpful and friendly.

We come every year so my husband can ski. My only complaint is the walls are thin. We can hear people out side the bar.

Extremely clean, nicely appointed and renovated historical hotel. Staff's attitude is one that makes you feel like a valued guest. They recognize you as you come and go and welcome you back. Manager checks with you about your stay. All staff very attentive and pleasant.

Parking situation is really poor. You cannot even unload suitcases in front of hotel. Must park in neighborhood behind hotel. Find a spot on your own. For $400 a night this is pretty bad. Plus the host reception was alarming- it was all about parking legally- move car immediately- no warm welcome. Room has no AC- instructions are to open the window, but there are no screens. And bugs exist. City view is nice.

Very unique hotel. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. We had a room on the back side of the hotel but I could see where rooms on the street could be noisy. One warning if you are coming in the summer, this hotel is not air conditioned. It was still relatively comfortable with open windows and the overhead fan. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Service was great, room was ok. Interior room had no airflow so the temperature went from 80 degrees at 8pm with the windows closed to 77 degrees when I woke up in the morning. Evaporative cooler in the room worked, but the ice machine was broken so it didn’t get very cool. Pretty uncomfortable stay for $400/night.

Hi Leanne,Sorry to hear of your uncomfortable stay due to the temperature of the room. These being some of the hottest days of the year the rooms do get warm. All rooms have windows that fully open and window fans we can add upon request. We are always more than willing to bring ice and help set up the evaporate cooler, if people need help or in the case of our ice machine being down.
