I was very disappointed. Staff with attitudes, dirty room. Spiderwebs in the windows and corner of room. Shower head filthy, food for breakfast was cold. And I went down early to make sure my food was hot and fresh. I was very disappointed. Beds were hard. My back has been hurting since I slept there. I was looking forward to having a good experience because I drove almost nine hours to get there for my granddaughter’s wedding. Also put a $50 hold on my bank card. And when I asked them about it, they informed me that Expedia would take the hold off. That they don’t do that. The hold is still on my card. I will NOT ever stay there again in Indiana.

Overall, we loved Santa's Lodge. The staff was great, it was clean, breakfast had a nice variety of choices, and the big yard was great for playing outside. The only reason i gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the pullout beds. They were terribly thin, uncomfortable and loud. If you don't need the pullouts, the rooms were fine. They're dated, but clean and comfortable. But if you need the pull-out for someone to sleep on, I'd book two rooms next time instead.

It was a nice place to stay with our grandkids. We were going to Holiday World for two days!

I did not like that we arrived to find our room warm and stuffy. It took forever to get cool. The person checking me in and checking out said/had minimal conversation. At check in I was told where to find the elevator and that was it. Not have a good stay or breakfast is served from when to when. There was no one besides me there so the opportunity was there. Same thing at check out. All I got was do you need a receipt. There was no thank you for staying with holiday inn, or how was your stay????? The conditioner pump in the shower was broken - unable to get access to the product. The breakfast was just so so. All in all is was a very disappointing stay. We will reconsider staying in a Holiday Inn for future travel.

The hotel was kept up great. Check in process was confusing at first because I thought I ordered a king size, but it was only by request since it was standard room? It didn’t bother me. The room itself was clean, but had a musty/stale odor even with AC kicked on especially in the bathroom. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast had a decent variety to choose from.
