Budget hotel for prime price

This is a budget hotel with a prime price. The room was extremely small, and reception personnel were inexperienced and bearly accommodating.

The hotel overall is good. Spa area, swimming pool and saunas maintained well and clean. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel location is right across the construction cite , so it’s noisy. The most horrible part of my stay was that my hairdryer exploded in my arms. There was small fire , plastic smell and hot particles of plastic wend to my face. The hotel staff arrived to my room within 5 min and changed the hairdryer. They said that everything is ok now. No one asked about my condition.

A complete waste of time and money

I have booked a room for 2 brcause i had a training on 6 am and the hotel is near and i needed a good night sleep. I didn't get that,haven't slept for a minute. The room next to us were drunk teenagers,that partirf all night. The entire floor smelled of smoke,police were cslled by the hitel and did nothing. The hotel didn't offrt any compensation,not even a free breakfast,nada. The room with the drunks stayed after we left,so the hotel didnt even kicked them out. Also,because of the war there are many people there that were evacuated from yheir homes,older folks,they all complained as well. A hotel that cant dral with drunk visitors that disturb everybody else is not one that i will visit again. And about my training? Had to delay it ,too tired and cant make it.

it is a wonderful hotel. it very new and a blend of modernism and retro. very clean, perfect rooms and most of all wonderful stuff. we enjoyed every moment of our stay at the NYX .

NYX Herzliya May 2023

Lovely hotel in a great location, friendly staff, great facilities and good food. Unfortunately there is some local building work close to the hotel for a new metro line which caused some disturbance during the night - obviously this is beyond the hotel's control, and the NXY itself was excellent.

Overall my husband and i enjoyed our stay. The area was great, near the beach and many restaurants. We felt safe walking around. The staff were nice. Only thing was that the sheets were stiff. The sofa bed was dusty and the shower was not cleaned properly. There was soap scum on the walls and the floors were concerning and so we wore shower slippers when showering.
