Poor hotel
Posted 10 Aug 2024 on HotelsAt the entrance to the room, water drips from the air conditioner, there is no shampoo and body soap, I called several times, nothing helped, they did not bring a lot of cigarette butts outside the window, the pool is very small, terrible crowding, terrible and terrible noise from the hotel guests late at night, check out on Saturday at 11 Zev, the only hotel that expels guests on Saturday at this time.
The only positive thing is the food in the hotel is good

Good hotel, poor service
Posted 23 Jun 2024 on HotelsGood hotel, nice rooms, perfect location. Staff and service poor, they are more interested in partying and talking to each other, so don’t expect any service. They have parking in the basement, very convenient. Did not try restaurant, but it looked good.

It has a perfect location - near rotshild avenue.
There is a guard outside all the time.
The room is very clean and comfortable.
I loved the atmosphere at the hotel and the breakfast.
The service providers are always nice and helpful.
I highly recommend this hotel and looking forward to return to it.
