A little disappointing

This was a five star hotel but it did have quite a few issues. The outdoor pool was not open till June. There was an indoor pool but we were not told that this was available. Much of the hotel information is your phone but we had conection problems . The restaurant had no stand by paper menus. The waiter let us look at his phone so we quickly chose something. The staff were a little aloof generally especially in the panorama restaurant. The reception staff were functional but not warm and welcoming by any stretch. However the room was good with a balcony and good facities.

one night stay

The room was average, the bed was not very comfortable. We were unable to get the Wi-Fi. There was a convenient free parking in front of the hotel.

Would like to commend management on hiring wonderful employees especially the front desk, breakfast and housekeeping were wonderful! Clean rooms, delicious breakfast varieties, great servers, wonderful front desk staff such as Deniz and many others as well as the housekeeping staff. Thanks for a great stay Ramada Tekirdag staff!
