Personal was horrible, the allowed people previously intoxicated to the hotel to get even more intoxicated and even allowed them to have a room.

The 6 floor restaurant was a enjoyable view.
Elevator not working properly.checking was a hustle i was schedule for 2 nights in a suite room that was not worth the price.(small room for a suite) I check out early and book somewhere else. Not a good place for a getaway.

Dear. Mr Omar,Thank you very much for your review, it is very important to us as we value your insight on our service. I am glad you found our restaurant a pleasant place. Im sorry you had to leave a day early due to our elevator situation. We understand it is uncomfortable for many people to have to go up and down the stairs. Unfortunately we are still waiting for a piece that is being fabricated in Brasil in order for the elevator company to fix the board and have our elevator functioning again. We try to advise our guests about this issue prior to their arrival at the hotel, but in your case, we failed to do so. For this I give you my sincere apologies. We have been informed by the company that the piece needed will be in Honduras at the end of this week and we hope to have this service functioning soon. I would also like to inform you that we are going to open a new Minister Hotel in Lomas del Guijarro in the beginning of 2025. This new hotel is going to offer more modern and larger rooms, as well as two-area suites with balconies and terraces, and a very beautiful open restaurant with a unique menu. It will be a great place for a romantic escape as well as a business trip in Tegucigalpa.Although we have failed to meet your standards and needs during your last visit, I really hope you can give us the chance to serve you again in the future and make up for our mistakes. The exterminated insects during our stay. It was difficult to breathe, they wanted us out of the room when We pay for the room, and We were traveling for two days.
