This hotel has technical problems with the elevators, Hugo at front desk is rude and petulant. He gave us a key to a room ocuppied by 2 other guests and we walked in on these people’s room. Shocking experience for us all! When we went down stairs to complain he acted so rude and started typing on his keyboard very nonchalantly like he didn’t care and it wasn’t a major security and privacy problem. We talked to the person in charge who was nice but honestly… rude front desk, security issues, bad elevators, old and outdated decoration, good breakfast thou… but don’t think we’ll be going back.
