"I stayed there in 2020 and it was better, there use to be dishes to borrow but now they charge everything. I guess some guests could’ve broken some and it wasn’t profitable anymore. "Great location, great rate, good amenities, exceptional communication. Clean, spacious, comfortable, a real joy to stay here. Any issues that arose (multiple electrical outages - just the Yucatán power grid) they were helpful and informative. Would stay here again!"
