Do not pay for this place or use Expedia. This hotel is closed and has been for quite some time even though they continue to collect through Expedia.

The property is closed. We paid for this over Expedia, rented a car, only to find that the property is closed. We had to scramble to find another place to stay for the night. If you call the phone number in the property description, you’ll get a message that the number doesn’t exist.

i liked the quietness and calm of the property. I did not like that i had to carry my heavy luggage to the room. The trails to the room are gravel and I cannot "drag" or "wheel" my luggage.

Interesting place
Posted 1 Jan 2016 on HotelsThe property is beautifully landscaped with pools and a sweat lodge. This hotel is really a set of mud and straw casitas with thatched roofs. While that sounds a bit rustic, the rooms were comfortable except there was no air conditioning. That was fine in December, but I imagine it would be quite uncomfortable in summer.
