A few unsavory people around the entrance but that seems to be an unfortunate situation with inner city accomodation.

Great location, modern, good sized room. Friendly staff. Room service food was really good.

Decent accommodations, hotel bar closes much to early (9:30pm), area around hotel needs cleaning up as everything looks run down. Also lots of homeless around the area.
There were some nice bars and a couple restaurants. The chocolate factory was great!

The hotel was a great location for Cuba Street activities. Our run was on the street side and the street activity was loud: music, cars, and people (5th floor).
The room was not clean. Toenails on the floor by the bed, hair in the shower.
Not a great option if you are sharing the room as the bathroom doors are frosted glass in the middle and see through on the top and bottom.
