The room we rented wasn't large enough to open our (normal size) suitcases. It was stuffy without the AC going (which then shone a green light straight in your eyes). The bathroom down the hall had a shower room where the entire floor was wet yet there was no furniture or anything on which to put clean or dirty clothes.
In general except for ants in the room it was clean enough, just a lot of money for something that was akin to sleeping in a closet.

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment. It had everything we needed and was walkable to the train station and ferry!

Central location, easy to walk around. Great amenities in the room, room exactly as pictured. We had a few small issues and they were addressed immediately, was impressed by this.

The location was good..the carpet had stains on it..our shower was not working properly but maintenence came and fixed it right away. Kittenette amenities were minimal but servicable. Elevators were quick.

Room was great, Juliette balcony with view on to the road below.
Bed very comfortable, lovely pillows
Bathroom on the smallish side, but adequate - washing machine also in the bathroom.
Air con is by way of a portable fan, didn't use it as not warm weather outside.
A lounge chair, and table with two chairs, all the usual kitchen appliances.
Only downside: the fridge was a bit noisy, but still managed to sleep OK.

Really enjoyed the stay. Room was spacious. Looking a bit tired, but really good value for money. Staff were great. Would definitely stay again.

A lovely and cost effective stay in central Wellington! Double sized room compared to a hotel! Well worth it.
