This is very noisy hotel, could hear the street traffic all night long, staff was nice but if you want to get some sleep, peace & quiet, I would not stay.

Good price for small style hotel
Posted 5 Oct 2023 on HotelsFriendly staff. We only stayed one night. Standard 4 star, room was pleasant in small seems private owned hotel. Room was quite modern. Hotel on a side street near the old town area. Didn't stay here long enough to say much more.

The unexpected early check in with no extra charge was excellent & really welcome after flying to Tiblisi arriving at 3 am & arriving at the hotel around 9 am.

Very well maintained. Don’t expect all the bells and whistles but a great value in a walkable part of the city.

I only stayed for one night and made use of the shower, which was modern and very nice. The location was a plus; I was able to walk easily to many small markets, restaurants, and the Galleria. I couldn't figure out how to heat or cool the room, unfortunately, and my flight was early, so I was not able to try the breakfast. My room window looked out over the street, so it was quite noisy anytime a car or emergency vehicle passed by - the sound echoed off the pavement and other buildings on the street. The hotel is about 8 minutes from the train station and 20 minutes from the airport (shuttle provided for a fee).

Hello Helen
Thank you for your good review. We appreciate it and we try to improve our service.
Regarding the heating you could ask the reception and we would explain it to you. It's very simple to be honest.
Hotel also is located right in the city center so there is always traffic, but we do have sound proof doors and windows and it reduces the sound significantly. If you would like to rest in total quietness we can recommend you next time some hotels outside of Tbilisi
With kind regards

Family owned hotel, dedicated to their customers. Great breakfast, quiet rooms. Walking distance to freedom square, restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Wonderful people. Would stay here again.

The hotel is new and clean. The workers are nice and pleasant and try to be helpful as much as they can. The location is real good. the breakfast is ok but not many options for vegetarians.
While booking a room I had asked for a room on a specific floor and received a confirmation form the hotel, but when I arrived, I was given a different room. in addition on my last day I was asked to change room because they had promised it to someone else. In that matter they were not so professional...but all together it's a nice and good hotel.

Good location. Very nice staff. Small rooms. Very clean rooms. Yes there is street noise sometimes but didn’t bother us at all.
