The staff are really great and supportive, you can feel that you are surrounded by your family. Any request can be made in very short time without any delay.

False advertising

They say they accept Visa/MasterCard, but they don’t. Their machine is broken. They advertise they have breakfast, but they don’t. They have a full kitchen downstairs but no breakfast. The staff tou deal with doesn’t speak English at all and refuse to talk through Google Translate. Not a good experience, and it’s 1,5 hours walk to the nearest coffee shop

Hello! We thank you for your review and apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, during your stay we had problems with the terminal, so the payment by card failed. Also, because of the pandemic we are not allowed to cook breakfast. The kitchen works, but we do not cook there. We look forward to seeing you again!:)
