Carefully !!! Scammers !! Worst hotel booking experience ever! I booked a room and for some reason my card did not work, although I entered the data correctly. I wrote to the hotel and asked if everything was ok with my booking and that this trip is very important for me and I will definitely come! The hotel told me that everything is in order and they are waiting for me! A few hours before my arrival, they wrote to me that if I did not pay twice as much, then they would cancel my reservation! when I said that I would pay the price I booked the hotel, they just canceled my reservation! very dishonest people! I do not advise you to book this hotel, as you can be deceived and brazenly demand money! in the end, I flew to Tbilisi and cried for a long time that I was without housing!

Dear guests!This guest who posted this review did not stay at our hotel! She provided an invalid bank card with no funds! The hotel could not accept her because her reservation was defective (the site itself highlighted that her card was invalid).All negative words in our direction are unfounded! This is a review of a man in hysteria!All genuine reviews of the hotel can be viewed on various alternative sites!We will be grateful if Expidiam.com does not publish the impressions of guests who were not physically in the hotel! I had a transit flight to Poland, then to USA and was staying at Anata hotel for 1.5 days. I travel very often and got surprised with friendly staff, cleanliness and especially with the design of the rooms. Price is very affordable, you can arrange airport shuttle for 40GEL for one-way. I haven't explored the neighborhood around, but it seemed quite and safe area. I definitely recommend this family-owned hotel and appreciate the service I received during my stay. Thank you! The property is very clean & beautiful, the room is comfortable. Walking distance from Isani Metro & a bus stop around the corner make it very accessible if you want to take public transportation. Price-quality is great. The hostess is a very kind & hospitable person, and there is free breakfast every morning as well.

良かった点は、施設の人が明るく親切でフレンドリーでした。良くなかった点は、シャワーの水が少ししか出ませんでした。深夜は他に水道を使っている人がいないのか、通常の半分くらいの水圧で使えます。それ以外の時間帯はほとんど水が止まる寸前という感じで、普通に髪や身体を洗ったりシャワーで温まるのは難しいでしょう。

Perfect place to stay

Everything was perfect :) Great and warm welcome. Room and lobby perfect Everything was really perfect :) Near bus station and direct bus to airport or center. I hope to be back soon !
