"Staff were good and room was big but overdue for renovation as the condition was very tired with plenty of wear and tear on it especially for the high price point."
"Quiet street, great instructions and communication. House was as advertised and in a good location. It was close to local sights and a short drive to grocery store and restaurants. Would stay again. "

"Even arriving as late as we did, I know we will be back to Inverness, and this hotel as well.
The receptionist was very nice, the place had plenty of parking behind the location, all indications we should have gotten there quicker to enjoy the location.

But the TV was broken on arrival, someone had tried to rewire it and got the connector the wrong way around. Staff couldn't help as they were not technical and as there was no other rooms available I had to stay there (to be fair they offered me a free breakfast to make up for it).
But no water, no fridge, basic tea options. "
