"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The overall condition is fair at best, but several serious issues made for a very uncomfortable stay. The most glaring problem was the lack of hot water — a basic amenity that any hotel should provide without question. To make matters worse, the hotel is extremely bare-bones with essentials. Blanket is thin. Need an extra pillow, blanket, or even fresh sheets? Be prepared to pay extra for what most hotels include as a standard courtesy. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere. "

"Everyhing very bad Nothing working in the rooms so 3 time chance the room. All the night very loud karaoke till 7 o clock in the morning. Second day we check in other hotel for can sleep. 1 day earlier than we book we check out and go to Manilla. So from 4 days we there 2 nights and 2 nights there not able to sleep. The staff don,t care anything. Bad bad bad. Never ever book there again"

"Staff was courteous but the bridal suite ceiling needs repainting looks like has water leaks. Bath towels needs replacement it’s not white anymore very old. Bathrooms needs more lighting. Although breakfast was good. That’s the only I’m happy about."

"Facilities, changed room 3 times. First room the toilet bowl doesn’t flush, second room smells terrible, third room the sink drainage is broken when used water splashes out directly on the floor not on the drainage, vacant lot near the room area is used for garbage. Can’t stand it so instead of 2 nights we checked out early morning (4.00 am) the following morning. "

"They had put us in two separate cottages that’s not working properly. Had a lot of bugs in it, spiders, cockroaches, ants. The sliding door locks are broken. The cottages were swaying a lot on the stilts. The bridges going to the cottage were rusty and wood planks broken and have holes in them. This is supposed to be called “superior cottage”. We felt so unsafe."

"Room NOT ready when we checked in. Very noisy dogs barking and loud church singing behind the room! TOO FAR FROM CIVILIZATION AND THE BEACH."
