"Magnifique Villa, cuisine complète avec vue sur la grande glissade d'eau, air climatisé efficace donc parfait pour famille. La villa et les piscines sont très propre et majestueuses. Le service de l'accueil est mauvais car très long avant de trouver notre villa qui était déjà payée en même temps que la réservation depuis très longtemps. Nous avons demandé une nuit supplémentaire avec insistance mais impossible de rejoindre le propriétaire selon l'accueil. Je recommande vivement Villa Los Cabos...

"All inclusive with plenty of spaces. For english speaking tourists...beware. very very limited english speaking staff. No directions given upon arrival. You are on your own. Luggage carts need to be asked for. No help from parking lot. For a high end hotel i found the concierge desk to be sub par. Very noisy at night but if you have kids or want to party there is plenty to do. Overall was fun. Beautiful setting. Ocean too dangerous to swim in. "

"I reserved a classic room. upon arrival i was brought to a room in deplorable condition. i was walked to the back of the property past many other rooms/spaces, stone path broken up and dangerous, room just haf a bed, walls dirty. dim, bathroom was BEYOND a health.violation, paint peeling all over, tub was leaky amd gross, shower head had mold/algae.
