All inclusive with plenty of spaces. For english speaking tourists...beware. very very limited english speaking staff. No directions given upon arrival. You are on your own. Luggage carts need to be asked for. No help from parking lot. For a high end hotel i found the concierge desk to be sub par. Very noisy at night but if you have kids or want to party there is plenty to do. Overall was fun. Beautiful setting. Ocean too dangerous to swim in.

The resort facility and staff are wonderful. The pool is amazing. The staff is kind and helpful. The beach is amazing. The buffet is weak and over valued. Needs improving. The Snack Bar was constantly out of food during peak hours. Yet the entertainment through out the day and the evening theater show was another amazing bonus to this property.

Everything was good except the chicken in take to long

Nice location close yo the sea..very clean room and bathroom...friendly staff
The only thing I did not like was the check in..very slowly in a crowded hot space..long lines..that has to be better
