La villa et les piscines sont très propre et majestueuses. Le service de l'accueil est mauvais car très long avant de trouver notre villa qui était déjà payée en même temps que la réservation depuis très longtemps. Nous avons demandé une nuit supplémentaire avec insistance mais impossible de rejoindre le propriétaire selon l'accueil. Je recommande vivement Villa Los Cabos car le lieu est paradisiaque.

Very bad experience
Posted 2 Nov 2019 on HotelsThe stay was really bad. There was not enough sleeping area that they said it was for 12 people but there was not enough space. There where dirty mattress that needed to place on the floor. My grandparents had to sleep on dirty mattress. The villa was dirty and it smelled also two air conditioning was not working, the the shower had cold water. When I asked administration to help they said because I rented through hotels.com they can not help me. I have never experienced this renting through hotels.com. I even used one free stay for this trip and I lost it with this bad experience. I would like to request that one free night after all I always rent my hotel with hotels.com hopefully you will take my request under consideration.

Wish I went somewhere else
Posted 16 Aug 2019 on HotelsThe villas views, are beautiful, I was unaware that these are private owned villas, and not a resort with services. The jacuzzi in our Villa was not working, the AC units didnt work half the time. Its a hassle to enter & exit the property. The people at the gate aren't very friendly. They are simply checking your identity & allowing you in or out. Nobody showed us to our villa, we had to walk around the entire complex to find it. With the villas being private owned, each one is going to be different. It's up to the owner to maintain it. I dont think I will be staying here again. I ended up leaving the resort & paying extra to go swim & have drinks & food at Cayman Suites down the road as they had their bar & restaurant open & employees checking on us making sure we were having a good time.

Two beds were broken literally broken , no TV was working. The Air conditioning in the living Room didi’t work .
We couldn’t stay inside for a long time because it was too hot. The matresses were in very vas
Condición . The curtain was a quilt, the grill was broken.
There were two fans outside and didn ‘t work as well
It really was dissaponting that people are fooled by renting properties in such bad conditions and there is no one to warn you and give you an explanation. And is no checo either.

Nice quiet place to spend at the beach. The kitchen had everything you need and you can buy groceries at nearby stores.
