We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great for traveling into the city and we were told about an excellent restaurant to have dinner in.

It was a quick stay for our family (2 adults and 2 kids) but we found the beds to be really comfortable and the morning breakfast was excellent! The person at the front desk was really helpful and happy to provide tips and suggestions on what to do for the day we wanted to spend in Salzburg. I recommend!

Nice basic room, a little dated. Staff seemed nice. Pretty from the city and not many businesses around it. There is a bus stop right across the street however.

Clean and friendly

Large and modern room
Posted 6 Jul 2024 on HotelsThis was a very comfortable room for our family of 4. Plenty of space as the room was huge. And both the room and bathroom have recently been remodeled, so they were modern and clean. The breakfast was quite good as well.
One thing I loved about this hotel was the smell. The owner keeps a large vase of lilies in the lobby that you can smell even from the 3rd floor. Being greeted every time you leave your room by the smell of fresh flowers was a nice touch.
The only missing conveniences were an in-room fridge and the front desk is only staffed certain hours of the day. When we arrived, it was closed midday, so we had to wait an hour for them to re-open. But it is clear that had we informed them we were arriving during an off time, they would have assigned us a key lockbox outside and it would not have been a problem getting into the room.

Posted 10 Jun 2024 on HotelsWe had a newly renovated room that was tastefully decorated with very comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the Chinese restaurant that was attached to the hotel.
