Location is quite far from Downtown and difficult to access. When I made my reservation it said 5 minutes from the Downtown and we traveled 25 minutes with lot of steep ups and downs. The receptionist was not really friendly at all, there was no hot water in the shower, the spa bathrooms were really bad and stinky.. The jacuzzi pool was nasty. The kids pool slide was kind of dangerous. Beds in very poor condition and too noisy due to other guests' pets, Poor disabilities access. Bad WiFi connection. Really nice sunset and views

La amabilidad de el personal es muy buena pero el precio es demaciado para las camas tan pequeñas.

Some of the staff was nice but over all no hot water 2nights no room service no easy access to stores just way out of tge way restaurant staff rude not pleasant

Under Construction Hotel
Posted 24 Jun 2023 on HotelsThe property is splited in two. If you pick the rooms with two beds, you will have to stay on the section wich is under constrution, no security, no wifi and out of the main property.

The property is beautiful very nice very clean very quiet only eight minutes ride with the TAXI that cost 45 pesos which is two dollars and some couple of sense the stuff was unbelievable they went backwards to please me I would definitely recommend it very highly
