"Location is quite far from Downtown and difficult to access. When I made my reservation it said 5 minutes from the Downtown and we traveled 25 minutes with lot of steep ups and downs. The receptionist was not really friendly at all, there was no hot water in the shower, the spa bathrooms were really bad and stinky.. The jacuzzi pool was nasty. The kids pool slide was kind of dangerous. Beds in very poor condition and too noisy due to other guests' pets, Poor disabilities access. Bad WiFi...

"It was in good location for y trip, staff was very nice. Prices were ok copared to other hotels that were similar. They even help me to print my oarding passes"

"Tiene una linda vista hacia todo Taxco, pero entraba demasiado frío por la noche y que las ventanas no tienen vidrio (a pesar de ser uy pequeños los espacios de las ventanas) y entra frío, nos quisimos bañar el día que llegamo a la recepción y resulta que no salía agua caliente en nuestra habitación reservada, asi que pasear de lo que sea, esperamos que en un futuro tenga mejor servicio."
